Peter Smith originally came to the club over a decade ago as club coach.
He has had a distinguished cricketing career, having taken his cricket carrer as far as representing Victoria in a first class match and making his debut alongside Shane Warne (that one's for all you trivia buffs out there).
Peter has now entered his cricketing retirement.
At the club Peter has held various positions including club coach, treasurer and committee member.
Peter was appointed a life member in 2008.
